Hamilton Hotel Partners has recently helped orchestrate a significant change in food & beverage at Marriott Regents Park, one of the 41 hotels that Hamilton Hotel Partners asset manage on behalf of the owners, ADIA.  Traditionally hotels have been reluctant to outsource their entire food and beverage facilities as they believed that no restauranteur would want to provide breakfast and room service to their guests.

Hamilton, however, believed that the opportunity existed to reinvent the guest experience and create a win-win situation for all parties.  After a tendering process, Carluccio’s were appointed as food and beverage providers to the hotel.  The benefit to the owner is the immediate improvement in profitability as Carluccio’s pay a lease for the rental of the restaurant space and for the brand operator (Marriott) they no longer have the operational challenges and payroll costs of operating the restaurants.  Additionally, the hotel guests are happy as they have access to a quality dining experience throughout the day.
