Managing hotels on behalf of hotel owners and investors, whether branded or unbranded. Hamilton will operate the Hotel under a management agreement as Owner’s agent on a day-to-day basis in accordance with the agreed brand strategy and operating plan/budget.

We will operate the Hotel at the level of service and quality agreed with the Owner and in a manner calculated to optimise the financial results.

The scope of our management services includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Preparation of annual budgets

  • Monthly financial and operational performance reviews

  • Full accounting and reporting services

  • Supporting capital expenditure budget development and execution

  • Implementation of procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery

  • Preparation of strategic sales and marketing plans

  • Implementation of proficient revenue management practice

  • Review and refinement of operational standards

  • Recruitment/appraisal of executive staff
