Margerie joined Hamilton in January 2018 as a Senior Associate and is currently involved in the asset management of a 41 property portfolio alongside standalone projects.
She joined from Hilton where she held various positions across Revenue Management, eCommerce and Marketing. Having developed strong analytical skills as a Revenue Manager for several properties across regional UK destinations, London and Germany, she later joined the eCommerce and Marketing team. She gained exposure to the technical digital environment whilst supporting a wide range of properties across the UK & Ireland portfolio. Margerie also managed several cross-functional projects for the Europe, Middle-East & Africa region, focusing on Food & Beverage, corporate sales and pricing strategy, as well as internal process optimisation.
Her commercial background is supported by operational experience in France, as well as a Masters in Hospitality Management from the Université de Savoie.
